I have been in pain ever since I had clamps put on my tubes. The doctor said it is all in my mind but I know my body. I would like to have them removed as quickly as possible. I would also like to have one more child, which would be blessing.

I had my tubes tied 17 yrs ago, due to a very violent marriage. Now that I am divorced from him and with someone who loves me completely and my children, even though he has no children. We want one together and having a hard time finding a way to finance this. I have talked with many dr’s about getting my tubes done and they say I am good for the surgery, but finding a loan has been hard can you help me?

i had my tubes tied 8 years ago. my ex gave me no choice and after i got them tied he left me. i have met a wonderful man and making plans for the future and the only problem is he has never been married and has no kids. he wants a child so bad and i want to be able to give him a child the only problem is money can someone please help i dont want to lose the best thing thats ever came into my life

I’m 40 years old with four children by a previous abusive marriage I divorce and remarried in the catholic church being that I’m catholic sterelazation and birth control is against the church something I wish I knew before I had my tubes tide now that I’m married in the church it is the will of God for the marriage to conceive children and multiply I take my religion very serious and I will want to bring a child from this marriage I have a wonderful husband and if you can help I will highly appreciate you please understand this is very important to me

i have 2 children and found the man of dreams. He has no children and is wonderful to mine. However we would like to have a baby together. He now knows what it is like to raise a 5 and 7 year old but has no clue what a little baby is like. When he asked me to marry him i said yes, under on condition that i get my tubes untied. He said that he is happy with the 2 we share now. But i will not let him make a commiment to me like that with out at least having the option of havein our own! He now is researching it as well as i do. But to come up with 5 or 10 thousand dollar right up front is hard. So any help with a good doctor, cheap rates, payment plans. anything would help us thank you

Just before surgery I had change my mind about getting my tubes tied. Unfortunately the doctor didn’t come until after the sedatives had but me to sleep. When I woke up I told the nurse not to go through with it because religiously I am against it. I was pressured into signing consent for surgery. Doctors should make Women aware of Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome. I’ve suffered with PTLS for nearly eleven years now. For the most part, I’ve tried to just live with it. However, for the last few months -before, during and after my period, it’s been the last straw. The sharp stabbing pains start up about 7-10 days before my period arrives. At that point, I’m feeling extremely ill. It’s accompanied by seriously unbearable migraines which pretty much paralysis me from my daily activities. My periods get so bad sometimes I’m barely able to get out of bed. I suffer terrible pain in my stomach and back and sometimes experience HUGE blood clots. It’s been times I bleed for 3-5 days, to 8 or 9 days. Last year, I bleed nearly 4 months straight. A few years before that year, I bleed 6 months straight. As for other symptoms that have started showing themselves to me at any time of the month, these are as follows: I suffer hot flashes and cold sweats. Intimacy has been extremely painful, which is hard not only on me but my fiance’ who is wanting a child with me. Since my tubal I experience insomnia and vertigo. My skin itches. My weight fluctuates. Sometimes my stomach swells so big I look like I’m 4 months pregnant. I have frequent urination. I feel very irritable and depressed all the time. I just want my ‘normal’ life back. I want enjoy life without constant pain.

i have had 3children and was married to an abusive man. my ex had gotten my kids taken away so i divorced him. i was a stay at home mom and had no where to go and no job so i did what was best for kids and signed my rights for them to be adopted. they are now adopted and in wonderful homes and are all together. i am now married to a wonderful man who is a teacher and loves children. i was diagnosed with cervical cancer and have my cervix scraped and was told that if i wanted to have kids that i should try and have them soon cuz the older i get the higher risk it is for miscarriages and complications. so i am looking for help to help us start a family. with my husband being a teacher and serving the community he doesnt get paid enough. but we are going to keep looking and never give up.
